Robert is an internationally recognized independent ISO Quality Management System expert working for worldwide operating ISO consulting agencies like LEORON, PECB, JJK Consulting USA, etc. As an ISO consultant, speaker for excellence, improvement trainer, and lead auditor for quality management systems he helped many clients all over the world in implementing excellence within their management systems with focus on reaching the highest organizational management system maturity.

After years of consulting, Robert is now teaching process maturity improvement strategies in worldwide training workshops which can be applied to all industries. These easy-to-apply strategies for implementing excellence in ISO based management systems are applicable for any organization. Prior to the career as a consultant and trainer, Robert worked for more than 25 years in international organizations like NATO, public service, and small to large organizations managing integrated management systems. With a bachelor’s in business management (B.A. Business Management) and fluent trilingual language skills (English, German native, and Italian), he can lead any organization to peak performance.
