Srijith Sreenivasan

Srijith is a recognized industry thought leader with more than 16 years of experience in Business and Operational Excellence. His major areas of work are Agile, Software Quality, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Science. Presently as Global Director of Continuous Improvement at Schneider Electric, Srijith leads the agile business transformation initiatives of Schneider’s Industrial Automation business.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Srijith was the Director of Business Excellence practice at KPMG, having led and executed transformational client engagements leveraging Agile, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Science to improve performance indicators such as agility, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost optimization, quality, and on-time delivery. The primary focus is on Technology and Industrial Engineering sectors and global exposure in leading and executing client engagements.

Srijith has published several papers and research articles in premium journals of Wiley and Inderscience and has delivered talks in various national and international industry conferences, including those organized by CII-Quality, CMMI Institute, and Indian Society for Quality. He loves being a public speaker and trainer in the areas of quality and agility and has trained thousands of professionals in multiple disciplines. His academic areas of interest include Intelligent Quality, Leadership in Agile, and Business Agility.
